Custom made. Price on request.
An emerald green Pashtun frock with a square chest panel of red and orange diamond lattice embroidery framed by a border that follows the scoop neckline. Long sleeves finish in embroidered cuff bands, the skirt gathers from a high waist and falls to around the knee, and a matching embroidered band runs around the hem. It is worn over a matching green shalwar, and both pieces are custom tailored to your measurements.
Every piece is made from scratch, so the details are yours to choose. Ask for any of these when you request a quote.
Every piece starts with a consultation at the studio in Officer, where we talk through the design, the fabric and your date. We take your measurements and cut to them, then fit the piece once or twice before it is finished.
Typical timeline: Four to eight weeks, depending on the embroidery, mirror work and trims. Bridal gowns need three months.
Bring the shoes and undergarments you will wear with it, so the length and fit are set correctly.
Made in the fabric you choose, for example a cotton, a linen or a cotton blend. Cottons and linens may be gently hand washed or dry cleaned, with the embroidery pressed on the reverse.
