A plum saree blouse with a soft sheen, a deep V neckline and elbow-length sleeves. Each sleeve finishes in a wide gold brocade band woven with small floral motifs, and a band in a deeper plum runs beneath the bust to the hem. Bust darts and a centre front seam shape the cropped bodice. It is custom tailored to your measurements.

Made to measure

Every piece starts with a consultation at the studio in Officer, where we talk through the design, the fabric and your date. We take your measurements and cut to them, then fit the piece once or twice before it is finished.

Typical timeline: One to two weeks for a standard blouse, longer for heavily embellished designs.

Bring the shoes and undergarments you will wear with it, so the length and fit are set correctly.

Fabric and care

Made in the fabric you choose, for example raw silk, silk satin or a satin-finish fabric. Pieces with brocade trim should be dry cleaned.
