An ivory strapless column gown whose neckline is formed by a wide magenta satin band that folds and curves across the bust. Below it the body is plain and close fitting, shaped by princess seams, with a front split that opens from above the knee. It is shown floor length on the form and at midi length worn, with the length set to you. So the curved band sits flat and the column falls straight, it is custom tailored to your measurements.

Made to measure
Every piece starts with a consultation at the studio in Officer, where we talk through the design, the fabric and your date. We take your measurements and cut to them, then fit the piece once or twice before it is finished.
Typical timeline: Eight to twelve weeks for a fully hand-finished piece with beading or structure.
Bring the shoes and undergarments you will wear with it, so the length and fit are set correctly.

Fabric and care
Made in the fabric you choose, for example a crepe, a mikado or a stretch cady, with a satin-finish band. Crepes and satins should be dry cleaned, and the pale fabric kept in a breathable cover between wears.
