A traditional white perahan with a band collar and a buttoned front placket, framed by a wide yoke worked in a tone-on-tone diamond pattern that follows the shoulders and narrows to a point at the chest. Long sleeves finish in buttoned cuffs, and side slits at the hem keep the long body easy to wear. It is custom tailored to your measurements.

Made to measure
Every piece starts with a consultation at the studio in Officer, where we talk through the design, the fabric and your date. We take your measurements and cut to them, then fit the piece once or twice before it is finished.
Typical timeline: One to two weeks for a standard set. Eid and wedding seasons book out early.
Bring the shoes and undergarments you will wear with it, so the length and fit are set correctly.

Fabric and care
Made in the fabric you choose, for example a cotton, a cotton linen or a polyester cotton. Cottons and linens may be gently hand washed or dry cleaned, washed inside out to keep the yoke bright.
