A powder blue jacket in a satin finish, with a broad rounded collar that lies flat across the shoulders and long sleeves that flare slightly at the wrist. A wide self-fabric sash wraps the waist and ties in a large bow at the front, with the ends falling to the hem. Princess seams keep the fit close through the body before the hem flares to mid-thigh. It is custom tailored to your measurements.

Made to measure
Every piece starts with a consultation at the studio in Officer, where we talk through the design, the fabric and your date. We take your measurements and cut to them, then fit the piece once or twice before it is finished.
Typical timeline: Five to eight weeks, depending on the cloth and the number of fittings.
Bring the shoes and undergarments you will wear with it, so the length and fit are set correctly.

Fabric and care
Made in the fabric you choose, for example a duchess satin, a silk mikado or a polyester satin. Plain satins dry clean, and a padded hanger helps the collar and sash keep their shape.
